The Republic of Uzice (often with brackets "Republic of Uzice" written; Serbian: Ужичка република, Uzicka Republika) was a short-lived liberated territory of Yugoslavia and the first liberated territory in the Second World War in Europe, organized as a military mini-state, announced in the fall 1941 in Nazi-occupied Yugoslavia, specifically in the western part of Serbia.
